You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that such content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. Screwdriven does not endorse any User-Generated Content and is not responsible for any content submitted by users.

7. Payment Terms

Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of these Terms does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.
